Pause Menu WIP

Got an in-game pause menu working.
The aim is to make settings accessible during a game session without having to exit back to the garage. So you can tweak your camera settings or display options and have it take effect when you hit resume. There's also a couple of new features. You can now reset a battle-in-progress from the pause menu and there are fadeout transitions for resetting, exiting and launching missions.Definitely some jank still in there somewhere. For reasons, you can't use ESC/Start to unpause the game. Yet. Volume stuff doesn't yet work until you change scenes. Hopefully I can polish it off for this week's update.
